Today is the one hundred and thirty-fourth anniversary of Virginia Woolf’s birth. She was born, Adeline Virginia Stephen, on 25th January 1882, the third of four children to Julia and Leslie Stephen.
This morning, I received an email, from Amazon, recommending ‘Riding at the Gates of Sixty’ along with several other VW-related novels. I was delighted to be included in such august company – and have plans, later in the year, to try to get the novel re-published by a traditional publishing firm.
Meanwhile, here is a snippet of informal review written by a friend: This person, in the process of reading the book, loves it and has this to say, ‘…superbly sensitive touch in the most delicate of places…’
